Product Returns

Bedding products are classified as non-returnable items. However, we value our customers and provide such an opportunity under the following conditions:


-The returned item is unopened and the original packaging is undamaged.


-The item has a manufacturing defect.


-The returned item is clean.


-The item must be unused.


Failure to comply with the above conditions will render the item non-returnable.


When returning the item, proof of purchase must be provided: a receipt or invoice.


The purchased item can be returned within 14 working days. The customer is responsible for the delivery of the returned items, ensuring that they are safely packaged and undamaged. The customer bears the cost of the return.


When returning part of an order, you will not be charged for any gifts received during special offers. This amount will be deducted from the amount refunded for the returned item(s).


If a gift coupon is used during the order, money will not be refunded in case of a return. The exchange of purchased items is possible subject to the specified return conditions.

After the courier delivers the item, our team of experts will inspect it and determine if it meets any of the above conditions. If it is found that the item was returned without following the specified conditions, a refund will not be issued. Otherwise, the money for the returned item will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days.


The possibility of receiving a defective item is very low, as it is inspected by 5 different quality experts before reaching the customer. However, if such a case occurs, we urge you not to use the item and inform us as soon as possible. In this case, we will replace the item at our expense.


In cases where the defect has arisen outside our supervision and is determined to be intentional, the item will not be exchanged or refunded.
